Mood swings and working out?

I’ve been doing a circuit training class for the last 4 months and I’ve been experiencing terrible mood swings. Could this be related the “high” I experience after the workout and then experiencing the low as that high ware’s off?

Everyone is different, but that would seem to be unusual to be a direct effect. There are lots of potential reasons some symptoms like that could occur.
If it's exercise triggered, the more likely route would be that over-exercise for current fitness level leads to fatigue later in the day, and the fatigue contributes to mood swings.
Did you change your eating style around the same time period? Food sensitivities/allergies, sub-ideal nutrition, or too-low calories can potentially affect mood. Blood sugar swings might also influence something like that.
This is all complete speculation on my part, though, as it would be from any random idiot like me on the internet who might be bold enough to answer. This is a question you should discuss with your doctor.2
