10 Pounds

I am over 40 and my metabolism has slowed down. I actual think it has stopped ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ! My goal is to drop 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I work out 4-5 times a week. I do 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training! HELP!

    That's a pretty aggressive goal! Anywhere from .5 - 2lbs per week is safe weight loss. Have you changed your eating habits? There are a lot of posts in the forum about how weight loss is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. Good luck to you!

    Get over the idea your metabolism stopped. If it did you'd be dead. Trying to lose 10lbs in 3 weeks is aggressive unless you're well over 200lbs.
    What's you're eating like? How many NET calories a day? Are you being accurate?
