    Hello all you gnarly MFPers!

    I was just curious to know if any of you had any non-scale goals you'd like to reach by January 1st 2014?

    I know most of you want to lose x amount of weight, but I don't want a number to define my success so I've decided my goal is to Run/Walk 1200 miles from now until next year.

    I want to be done with all my doctor appointments and back on my bike - working on increasing distance and time (endurance) out there and finally using my runtastic app.

    I want to lose 10 lbs by the end of the year to be under 160. ^_~ Also increase my deadlift to 2x BW, squat to 265lbs and bench to 175lbs.

    1. Jog from my house to City Island (a nautical community about 3 miles from my house)
    2. Fit into a tight, short, revealing dress for my BF's 21st birthday party! <3

    I have 2 goals. First I want to be able to run at least one mile without stopping, now I can only do 5 mins than I start walking. My second goal is to fit into a size 5/6 comfortably, and I mean a true 5/6 from like Nordstrom, not an old navy or New York & co 5/6.
