Body fat

So I learned today that I only have 15-16 % body fat. This is why I'm having such a hard time figuring out how many calories a day I should be consuming to shed a few couple pounds without being at such a low deficit. My body obviously needs more calories to maintain the muscle I do have. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I weight 130-132 pounds and 5'3".

    I'm not sure why you think you need to lose more weight, unless you are fitness competitor.

    If you lose more fat you won't be able to support your normal female bodily functions.
