I’m new to the community. It has been a few days and I’m already loving this App. My fitness pal really is wonderful and so easy to use!

I’d say I’m just trying to loose the COVID weight but I would be lying. I have been gaining weight steadily for several years now. Between stressful jobs (stress eating) and being in peri-menopause it’s impossible to look at food without gaining 5 pounds!!!

I’ve been reading that weights are the way to go when you want to loose fat so I’m dusting off my free weights now. I reeeealy could use some pals/cheerleaders in my corner.
