Easiest thing to do is to use the guided set-up. There’s a small link on the website that helps you figure out your goals.0

Did you do the guided set-up? That sets your goals for you.0

This would be the link for desktop:

Watch out though: the questions regarding frequency and duration of your workouts don't influence your calorie goal at all. You need to log your exercise in your diary when you do it, and then your calorie goal will be adjusted.
Your activity level should not include exercise, only daily non-exercise activity (job, chores, etc.).3 -
You can use the guided set up on MFP to get your daily calorie goal. However, I will caution you to really take care in setting it up correctly. Specifically, unless you have a lot of weight to lose, you should choose .5 or 1lb per week weight loss.
MFP calculates your daily calorie goal - WITHOUT intentional exercise. So, the number it gives you is a calorie goal that is already at a deficit from your maintenance level calories. If you then do intentional exercise, log that under cardio and it will add those calories back to your daily goal so that your deficit doesn't become too high.0
