Hello! I'm new and I'm trying :)

I'm George (He/Him) and freshly joined myfitnesspall on premium and have come from WW which seemed to not be working for me anymore. I'm down from 383 to 340 but still have a long way to go and hoping the community will help me get on with the next set of improvements!

    Hi George and welcome in! I used WW before and found it to be so frustrating! Just when I figured out how to easily use their point system (which takes a long time to learn), they would change it at then end of the year and launch a whole new system! That happened to me TWICE before I figured out that they change their plan EVERY year! I’m told they do that so that their system can’t be spread to non-members. MFP is WAY better! Anyway, if you go to MFP on the web (can’t do it through the app) you can read my story. If interested, feel free to add me as a friend! I started at 352 at my heaviest and my last weigh in was 300.2.
