Every day is day 1. Eating hasn't been awesome today so far but I am going to go workout. If I can just get back to doing that regarly, maybe something will click. I've never been so depressed about the way I look and feel. Went to the ballet last night and had to hide in a big coat to hide the fact that my clothes don't fit.

That’s kind of where I’m at. Working on getting back in track and have been doing much better for a few weeks now I’ve been on a bad slide for about 2 days. I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror at a concert last night…yikes.
Don’t get down on yourself, and stay positive. You do have this. One day, one action at a time. You’ll be feeling great and will keep on looking great!0
