Trying to get healthy, to improve my mental and physical health.

I’m Jake. I’m 25 and living in the South West of England. I’ve recently seen friends greatly improve their health, and I also played around with some health calculators - after seeing I was ‘Obese Class 1’ and had poor mental health. I decided it was time for a change!

I’m dieting using Huel, cutting the alcohol and increasing physical fitness. Once I’m brave enough, I’ll join a gym - but for now, going on long walks, is sufficient.

    Good on you with your new aims. Walking is fantastic.
    Eat food, mostly plants and not too much.
    A great motto I try and focus on.
