weigh-in: should I drink 1 glass of water?

Hi,

I read somewhere that it's best to weight in first thing in the morning. However some websites speak of drinking 1 glass of water before in order to make sure that the fat indicator is showing fat index correctly (i have this "advanced" scale with fat/muscle indicator).

Does it make any sense at all to you?

I would rather drink that glass, wait long enough to go for the first toilet that morning and weigh in.

What'd ya think? I have to weigh in tomorrow for the first time after 4 successful weeks of correct eating and loads of cardio exercises (loads of daily walking, some 10 sessions of 5k runs, 5 sessions of 25-30 km bike) .. I am putting my hopes somewhere between high and yeah-right-you-still-believe-in-fairy-tales...
