About how many grams is a croissant that is about 6-8 inches. And/or would that considered a small medium or large croissant? And is there a difference between plain and butter croissants?

Is there any way you can find a similar-looking and similar-sized one in a supermarket and use those calories for yours? That might be closest. Unless you make it yourself and can list the ingredients (I'm assuming it doesn't come in a package), it's going to be impossible to do more than estimate.
You might want to get yourself some kitchen scales if you're serious about really tracking your calories. They are amazing!0 -
I think they're mostly all around 300-350 calories. I haven't had one in 7 months because no matter how much I love them, they're just not worth the calories for me0
