Burning 500 calories a day

I'd like to introduce myself, Steve from Brooklyn NY.

I was overweight my entire life until last year months before my 40th birthday I finally made a decision and have been consistant by losing 60lbs. All I did was walk on my tredmill 7 days a week for several months and eventually started keto + Intermediate fasting which accelerated my results.

Fast forward I hit a plateau at 200lbs and now I decided to add weight training and Change up my routine.

I stopped keto and now started using myfitnesspal app (premium version) and counting my calories and Marcos each day to ensure I never exceed 2000 calories per day. I'm now walking 1 hour everyday on my tredmill but this time in an incline 10x...currently burning 500 calories each day doing this along with weight training in my basement.

So far I've been also doing intermittent fasting 18/6 (18 hrs not eating, 6 hours eating window) and so far I've been consistant for 30 days...

My goal weight is 170lbs as I'm still 200lbs but I am already feeling like I am melting alot of fat off my body

Looking to make connections with anyone who has been on intermediate fasting, keto or on a similar weight loss journal for inspiration

    I don’t do any of the above except weights, but just stopped by to shake your hand for the great work you’re doing.
