MyFitnessPal and Garmin Connect - duplicate exercise entries

Just wanted to share that I was having an issue with duplicate exercise entries showing up in myfitnesspal from Garmin Connect. I eventually discovered that the problem was I had Runkeeper, MFP, and Garmin Connect all linked to each other and MFP was getting workouts from Garmin as well as Runkeeper. I stopped the connection between MFP and RunKeeper and this solved my problem.
It was confusing at first and requests for help from myfitnesspal and Garmin were both futile. Hope this helps someone!
