Why can't I log water anymore? And why won't water sync to Fitbit?

Device: Samsung Galaxy M51
OS: Android 12, One UI Core 4.1

The bug started on October 2 (SEA). Every time I log water, say 500ml, it will register. But if I add another, the water I log will be gone and I can't add any water anymore (adding another, no matter the ml, will not register). It also won't sync to Fitbit anymore.

It works when I log water on the website but I didn't download the app just to use the website. I might have to switch to other apps instead because this is a dealbreaker for me.

Edit: I can add water by typing it manually instead of tapping 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml. But it still won't sync to Fitbit. I tried changing to cups on both MFP and Fitbit but still wont sync.
