Hello! I’m Nami, new to the group!

I started at 230lbs and just got below 215! I struggle with PCOS and ADHD and was advised to cut out sugar, caffeine, bread etc. It’s been hard but it’s nice to finally be losing weight!

My fall goal is to get under 200lbs by Christmas time. 🤞🏻

Special snacks that are helping me are homemade buffalo chicken dip with rotisserie chicken, hot sauce, a little butter, green onions, and whipped cream cheese mixed together in a ball (kinda looks like a pumpkin!) and then I’ve been baking a cut up low carb tortilla to make “chips”.

I had to drastically reduce caffeine intake which has been the hardest part but roasted dandelion root tea has been a great healthy substitute ! (You can make it just like Coffee!)
