10 years Vertical Sleeved and Still a Success

I am 10 years out from a vertical sleeve Bariatric weight loss surgery. I am only 13 lbs up and still losing. I have been using MyFitnessPal for 10 years religiously to log my meals daily. This program has kept me honest and on track for all these years. Good, bad, or ugly, I log the food I eat. I feel on track and in control with MyFitnessPal.
