I'm a terrible "MFP feed friend," but happy to interact here in the forums.

Exercise is crucial for my mental health, and since I've recently had a slew of physical challenges, it's been really difficult to get the 400-500 calories I'm used to.

I've been forcing myself to at least do my yoga warmups a few hours before bed - otherwise I will have to deal with back pain the next day.

Last Friday I found out my antidepressant, Cymbalta, is associated with heavy bleeding, especially when taken with NSAIDs. I have very large uterine fibroids, and since we upped my Cymbalta to 30 mg in May have had 5 episodes of hemorrhaging. After the second to last one, I went to the ER and received two units of blood. After the last one, I had an iron infusion.

So obviously we've changed to a different antidepressant. Started Remeron last night at 11 PM. Feel doped up. It's 11 AM and I've been up for 3 hours.

@kshama2001 This is nothing more than n=1 antidotal information…I knew someone who took Remeron and was doped up for 2 weeks and then stopped having side effects. Then his med was upped and he again had side effects for 2 weeks and then the side effects stopped. Just trying to toss out some potential hope for improvement for the sleepiness.
