New to fitness app

I’ve now been using the fitness app to record all my food intake. So far I’ve found it pretty easy to use and quite motivational due to the fact it’s recording my calories. Love the extra calories it gives me when I do some exercise- all in all an added bonus as it’s making me walk more just so I can eat more 😂 It appears to be working as I’ve lost just over 11lbs in two months without really feeling like I’m starving myself. Feeling motivated

    That sounds a lot like my experience!

    Move more, eat more: that's what's transformed me from a couch potato (sometimes barely 3000 steps a day) to an active person (10k+ steps and exercising regularly) who still enjoys the occasional lazy evening or afternoon on the sofa.
    And the 'without deprivation' part is awesome too, on the whole my weightloss (75lbs) has been quite painless.

    I don't know how much you're aiming to lose in total, but you've made a great start, keep up the good work and enjoy your success!
