Here we go. With all of your success stories and a Grand-baby on the way in Dec, I feel like I can do it this time.
I really LOVE the calorie counter. It is easy to use, and lets me realize that (besides the sodium) I can eat what I want, but just need to track it. When the goal is hit, I am done (or need to go for a walk).
I will take some before pics so that when I hit my target I might inspire someone else.
