Hey all,
I have been wondering what everyone does to tone legs and butt.
I have been seeing results in JM dvd's and running but, not as quickly as I'd like.
I also don't have the money for a gym membership.
Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!
Maybe I should have been more specific.. I know the deficit eating and working out in general will work and that you can't spot reduce.
I'm just looking for other things to do to help that along.

There are no workouts for timing certain areas, you can't spot reduce, and the only real solution is to lose body fat to expose the muscle under said fat. This will happen if you eat at a deficit, and while you control where you lose the fat eventually it will come off your legs.0
