My bike has been sitting around for probably more than a year until this week. I had an appointment and rode 5.6 miles round trip. Not huge for some people, but for a girl that still has over 100 lbs to lose and hasn't ridden a bike in a while, not bad. I was most proud that I didn't take the repeated offer to drive me back home after the appointment

I did 3 tapout workouts today (the easier ones!). I get on a kick with a certain instructor and want more, more, more. Except Jillian...her workouts get results, but there's only so much of her voice I can stand, lol.
You totally rocked that bike ride! That's nice mileage for a first time out in over a year. My legs and butt would be screaming if I tried to ride that distance. Oh, and good for you for repeatedly turning down the ride offers.0 -
I took my first Yoga class (didn't turn out to be my bag) and went for a awesome hour long swim!

Good effort on the bike ride - I am planning to go out on one tomorrow.
Today I did a bit of yoga then a 2.75 mile run. My knees are a bit sore, so I thoughg a bit of cycling will be easier on them tomorrow.
