Hi all the last 2 months i have been doing insanity workout and have brill results 28lbs lost from 201lbs starting weight :-)

anyway i have been doing a low carb diet, about 80 grams of carbs a day as well as 100 gram of good fats and a gram of protein to every pound of body weight so at the moment 173 grams a day.
i like most of us are always looking for interesting meal to make etc
this diet is Keto but you can adjust things to stay above keto range especially if your working out.
