My guess would be it's hormonal or stress (also hormonal,) or you ate some salty food or alcohol, lack of sleep, or you're not logging accurately.
Without knowing anything about you - the above is nothing more than a wild guess.

To help others answer, please open your FOOD logging page (Go to FOOD, settings, scroll down, click "Public" and save,) tell us your height, weight, age, occupation, and base calories before exercise. Also, do you eat more on Exercise days?

When did you start? Do you log accurately (weigh and measure) or just reading labels or estimated calorie counts like on say a board (IE Subway sandwich calories)?

Going up over what period of time. Bodyweight isn't static and it's going to fluctuate up and down even in a calorie deficit.

It could be a number of things. If are you eating high salt foods your body will cling on to the water. The time of the month. Not drinking enough water. Got to make sure you weigh your self every day then ÷ 7 and that will be your current weight. Hope that helps.

There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

I would take a wild guess that you're eating over 1600 calories a day and are just miscounting calories. If it's been something like, less than 2 weeks, you may just be having water weight fluctuations.

The maintenance weight for 165 is 1700-1800 calories. Depending on your current weight, you might need to reduce your intake. I'm just over 200 lbs and am eating 1430 base calories to get to 165. I wonder how you got your ideal calorie count? If you take the survey, the program will auto generate a calorie intake for you.
