I am using a trainer with Koko fitness and my fitness pal subscription links to their trainerize. I need to cancel my membership with them but want to save my history and continue paying directly. Is that possible and how do it make that happen. Thanks

Upon review, we see that the subscription in question was created through Apple's iTunes and App store. It is Apple's policy that all iTunes purchases are managed solely by them. We have no way to access your initial payment information or subscription on our end. Only Apple can help assist with any cancellation or refund requests for subscriptions started on iTunes.

You should be able to reach Apple here: https://www.apple.com/support/ios/contact/ or by phone (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753).

To prevent any recurring charges, please take a moment to confirm that your subscription is also cancelled. In order to cancel your current subscription, you will need to send a request for cancellation of your renewal using the same platform on which you originally signed up on.

Depending on your iOS device, typically you should be able to cancel the auto-renew by doing the following:
Open the Settings icon on your phone
Tap on your name (at the top)
    Subscriptions
    Select MyFitnessPal
    Tap Cancel Subscriptions

For more information, please see this article from Apple to learn how to manage or cancel a recurring subscription (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039).
