Extend day diary past midnight

User Story
Many people go to sleep after midnight. People who log their food at night or eat at night will sometime make a mistake logging the new food to the next day, just because it's past midnight.
Implementation Idea
Add a toggle to the settings that when turned on, changes the diary day change to occur on 3AM.

This feature exits in the open sourced app "Loop" habit tracker and this is a super useful feature.

If I understand you correctly you ca already track what you are eating at particular times by changing meal names. If you want to easily see what you are eating at night you can create a meal category like midnight snack for yourself and then log it there. If you are eating past midnight you should log it in the midnight snack category for the date on which you are eating it (i.e the next day). The food is chronologically being eaten with the next days calories so you should be aware of that when you wake up so you know you have already consumed x of the intended calories for the day. If you make days artificially longer than they are then you are just hiding 3 hours of eating from yourself.

You can keep entering data after midnight, no problem. (In some scenarios, you might have to click back to "yesterday" to do it - one click.)

The only consequence is that if you close your diary after midnight, it doesn't post a message to your timeline. All the days is saved/recorded just fine.
