Hi lam not new to fitness pal had another phone then changed it. I could easily go on fitness pal but once l got the new phone it logged me out. I think l joined using Facebook well l dont remember my user name or password cause lam sure l joined with Facebook. Now l cant log bck on. Aswell l rejoined because l couldn't log bck in but now l cant even scan food etc never had a issue before l wasnt a primary member and l could scan food etc.
Now it won't let me scan food use barcode how can l fix this.
Need to talk to someone on fitness pal but there is no number to call. Thought l will reach out here
