Hi Guys,

I started doing keto 2 weeks ago. Im super motivated and results show, so far so good.

I set my macros to 5% carb 70% fat and 25% protein. Clear. What I am struggling with is to understand the low carb setting. I would like to count net carbs, but the displayed carbs, sugars and fibers in my diary are most definately not aligned with my macros/ goals. Am I missing something?

    So to be clear, if at set macro at 5% carbs I can eat 23g of carbs. Why does the 'low carb' display in my 'diary' show that my allowance is 23g carbs 65g sugar and 38g fiber per day? What am I missing?

    You'll probably want to set your sugar and fiber goals to values that work for you, too. They don't change automatically just because you changed your macro settings.

    You can also customize your diary columns, if you want to.
