I have gained over 50 pounds in the last 3 years. I’m disgusted and disappointed in myself. My health is suffering from my habits. Today I said ENOUGH! It’s time to care, to feel healthy and happy, and to start enjoying life again!

My health is suffering from my habits.
Hello, thanks for signing up and posting here. That takes courage and it a great start.
I bolded the important part. Losing weight and staying healthy is all about habits and not about doing a one-off thing and returning to old habits. Habits can be changed. Think of it this way: do you need encouragement and strength to brush your teeth in the morning? Likely not, because it's a habit. Getting there though will take some effort. But I'm sure you can do it!1 -
Acknowledging it is your first step. Now create a doable plan to reach the goal your are striving for. Use the app and log your food accurately and just be consistent. Consistency will bring on new habitual behavior and it's your behavior with food that will dictate whether you gain/lose/maintain your weight.
