Hello everyone, I have used MFP off and on for a long time. I survived the Covid lockdowns fairly well, only to end up in a new job (worst ever and I quit) and divorced. I know that tracking is what works for me. If I track my food and exercise I can usually stay motivated. Of course seeing the results in clothing fit helps too. I need to lose 50 pounds. I have a grandson with autism and I love to spend time with him, I am the favorite grandma and I have to keep up with him.
