Hi there!
I just started using this site and the app and I can already tell it is going to help me out so much!
I am at 150 lbs. looking to lose weight until I reach my goal weight of 125 lbs. This weight loss seems like it is going to take a while so I would love friends for encouragement/meal ideas/exercise ideas!

Its really great when you have to account for your food and exercise. that has been a huge help for me. also helps to have support. You can do this! Rooting for you!0

until I started logging verything I ate I thought I as eating low calories things all the time biut this site has taught me that not all that glitters is gold,for instance I used to eat quite few unsalted mixed nuts in thinking they were good for me(I guess they are) but didn't realise they are loaded with cals.. my taget is to get from 17st 4 to 15st 8, I had lost 1 stone before joining MFP and am targeting 16st 6 in 4 more weeks(of on my golf holiday and bound to put a bit on that week.my wife lost 6 stone lst year an I feel I need to make an effort as well0
