It's probably obvious, but I'm vegetarian. Protein should be easier if not veg, and I did find ways to bring mine up from that level because it's lower at that point than I'd personally prefer.
I didn't eat that little (1400-ish) for very long because it wasn't necessary for me to do so in order to lose weight at a satisfactory rate. (At the time, I was 59 y/o, 5'5", somewhere 140s-150s pounds. I was part way through weight loss (several months in), but had then only recently joined MFP and started food logging to count calories more meticulously.)
