I'm back!

I fell off the fitness wagon several years ago. Unfortunately, I regained all of the weight I lost plus some! I had an awakening back in July 2022, I got down in the floor to clean a cabinet out and I COULDN'T GET BACK UP! At 198 lbs on a 5'2" frame my body said very loudly ENOUGH!
I have lost 21 lbs since that day. I am trying to figure out how to set a life pattern of being healthy. I have found many times on this weight loss/gain roller-coaster accountability makes the biggest difference.
I'm hoping to connect with others that want this connection long term!
Those of us on this struggle bus need the support of others.

I have taken a very similar path. Several years ago I lost a huge amount of weight and I felt like I was in my 20s again even though I was mid=40s. Now I am about to turn 50 and I feel like I am 70. I have not started to log food completely yet, but I am getting my mind right and will do so soon. In the meantime I focus on staying positive.
