Self.com Nutrition Data?

In the past, I've really liked to use the nutrition data on self.com for more detailed information on nutrition (including micronutrients, etc.). For example, here's what it says about swiss chard: https://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/2399/2
I like it because I can see details on what vitamins & minerals are in which veggies. I know that's probably "unnecessary" detail if you're eating a range of foods - but I like data!
Unfortunately, the website hasn't been working right since Chrome stopped supporting Flash player. I was hoping they'd update the pages, but it still doesn't seem to be working normally. I've also tried a couple other browsers, but no luck. So - I thought I'd try here! Any one else use the site and if so, do you have a work-around for the graphics issue? Or does anyone use an alternative site with all these details?
