my calories in goals doesn't match my calorie goal in my diary

That's how it's supposed to work.
Your base calorie goal (1540) plus your exercise calories (142 for you on the day shown) is your total calorie goal (1682).
Assuming all the estimates are correct - a thing you figure out by reality testing them for 4-6 weeks - eating that total (1682 on this day) should give you the weight loss rate (X pounds/kilos per week) that you asked for in your profile setup.
I lost 50+ pounds doing it exactly that way. It's not a problem, it's how MFP is designed to work. It's trying to teach the useful lesson that when we're more active we can/should eat more, and when we're less active, we should eat less, if we want to reach our weight management goals. That's true, whether the goal is gaining, losing, or maintaining weight.1 -
Exercise calories. Exercise isn't accounted for in your activity level and thus not included in your initial calorie goal. When you exercise and log it, you get additional calories to account for that activity which was previously unaccounted for.0
