Have been using MFP for several months now. I really like it. I just started personal training and visiting a nutritionist. MFP suggest my calorie intake at 1200. My nutritionist says 1500. I'm a bit nervous about increasing. My daughter suggested I visit the message boards to make friends and get motivation. Since last November I have lost 30 lbs but kind of at a stand still. I just haven't been doing anything (diet, exercise) consistantly lately. I am hoping MFP and personal training will help with this. Thanks to all for being here.
