How come a free trial for the premium has already been charged and it has not been a day? I just clicked on that FREE TRIAL BUTTON ON MY APP and lo and behold my bank account has already been charged. Be careful with that.

    The terms and conditions for a free trial subscription (As well as Apple's terms and conditions) stipulates that a user only qualifies for a single free trial subscription. If you previously have utilized a free trial, you would automatically become ineligible and revert to a paid subscription.

    Since you purchased the subscription via the App store, you would need to contact them directly regarding any cancellations or refunds, as there is no way for us to have access to that payment on our end. Apple controls all of their services. They have a very strict security data policy and will not provide us any information on your account.
