just had my first session with a trainer and they introed me to this app. it was rough enough to make me lose my lunch and make my legs go out on me taking the trash out. but I'm committed to sticking to tracking my diet and looking for friends with similar goals. never knew I was this much over weight.

You should NEVER have to lose your lunch on your first session unless you overate. Trainers that overtrain their clients the first time out ARE NOT good trainers. Luckily you didn't get injured. Like anything else you should get eased in so you can acclimate the body to exercise. The session should be a little uncomfortable but not too hard for the first couple of weeks. As you get stronger, then you can increase the intensity.
