Hi there, been doing this about a month now I guess... maybe two.
I was amazed at how much I was eating when I stopped to actually keep track, no wonder I couldn't lose! a friend of mine suggested I think of eating as a bank, when you eat, you withdraw from the bank, when you excersise, you deposit. And, like any bank account, you want something left over at the end of the day. Seems to be working for me so far.

    The bank idea works very well. And the more wisely you spend it the better the interest grows. In how you feel, look, and act. This is a great place.

    I love this site too! It has really kept me motivated and positive.:flowerforyou: I've tracked food before, but this site makes it fun rather than tedious. The most beneficial change for me is the way I approach exercise. I never have liked to exercise very much, but when I realized I would have "more in bank" if I added even just a little exercise, I find I now exercise every day and look forward to it! :love:
