Hi everyone. I gained a few lbs back since I’ve been off keto. I maintained my weight for a few years but 2021 has been tough. I’m looking for new friends to support and encourage each other in keto lifestyle as well as exercise. I’m Jody btw. Age 53, 5 feet tall and 118 lbs. I live an hour north of NYC. Looking forward to helping each other!
