New to the board

Hey everyone been working out for about 14 years on and off can never really stick to it. Find I tend to road block my own success, make great progress then fall off the rails. Weighing in at 240lbs and getting back into my upper lower routine twice a week with added cardio for weight loss. Looking so get back to sub 215 if I'm feeling spicy even sub 200. Eating so clean it I feel too full to get in my entire 2k calorie count.
