I joined a nutrition program at the VA on 11/1/22, my 1st time trying this. My goal is general wellness + weight loss. Diagnosed ADHD at Age 53, a few months ago... wow ! Now adding fitness variety & mindfulness to my daily routine because I prefer natural & holistic approaches rather than ADHD meds to address/ cope with common tendencies observed in ADHD. If you can relate, new fitness & accountability buddies welcomed.
