Just finished whole30, now need to refine??

Hi all

I've just finished my first whole30 and I think I'm going to continue on eating this way for another 30 days. This time I think I'm going to cut out a few more things as I think a few things are hurting my tummy but other than that I've really enjoyed eating this way. I've lost 5 inches off my waist (I think this is bloat) and a few lbs but now I'd like to get a little more scientific and start tracking and here's where I'm a little lost as I don't know what my goals for ratios of protein, fat and carbs should be or what calorific value I should be aiming for? Losing weight and inches is really important fr me at the moment aswell as sorting out my tummy problems so can anyone help me figure this out????
