Been at this now for about 7 weeks and have lost 21 lbs.
I’m a low carb diet, first 15 fell off. Last 6 took longer. Now I’ve been 204 for a week, trying to get down to 190
Any advice

My advice is patience. The quick losses at the start were water weight mostly, due to lower carb intake. Being at the same weight for a week is perfectly normal, our bodies are more than 50% water so fluctuations in water weight can easily mask fat loss on the scale. Variations in food waste in our digestive tract can also play a role.
If you stop losing weight for a month or more, then you can start to worry, but one week is normal.
21lbs in 7 weeks is extremely fast by the way, so it's not a bad thing to slow down. The recommended rate is 0.5-1% of bodyweight per week.0 -
Thanks for the advice. That makes me feel like I’m still on track 👍2
