I'm age 52, 60kg, 1.65m in height. Workout 5 times a week. Been on LCHF for a while but I am getting really confused with exactly how much macros should I be taking. Also is it better to setup by % or by gram?
Much appreciated!

LCHF can either be a specific medical recommendation or simply a way you like to eat.
If it's not for medical purposes, then you can set up your macros in any way you like.
When I was losing weight I tended to eat lower carb, only because carbs are the expendable ones after I got my protein and fat goals in.
If someone is telling you that the way to lose weight is LCHF, don't listen to them.
The default macros on Myfitnesspal are 50%C 30%F and 20%P. That is a good goal for nearly everyone. Make protein and fats MINIMUM goals you have to hit and let carbs fall where they will.

What is your goal, what are your macro percentages at the moment approximately, do you feel happy with it, and how many calories are you eating on workout and resting days?0
