The Final Push

Hello everyone! I’m new to MFP, although I’ve played around with it in the past.

I had been using Noom for most of a year. I lost 25 lbs but had leveled off for a couple months about 10-15 lbs above my goal. I decided to shake things up by switching to MFP to make my final push to achieve my goal. I am an avid cyclist, so I also got a Garmin fitness watch to use both while riding and to help track my daily activity.

Since we’re just entering candy and sweets season (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), my initial focus is just to be disciplined and truthful in logging all
my food every day. That should make me hyper-aware when I reach for that sweet treat.
