Celebrate all loss

I've discovered some great success and I'm keeping off the weight. I'm losing an ounce or two every other day.

I don't have a set goal or ending date. I tell myself that I want to get down to the high 170's before Christmas (I'm down to 182). I don't look for big loss, but I feel good about the ounces as they come off.

So my tip? Have general goals, not set in stone and celebrate all of your losses.
