We took care of our inner thighs yesterday and today we’ll work on the outer thighs.
One hundred on the right and then one hundred on the left.
Post once to accept and post back before midnight on Sunday when completed!

Adductor and abductor are 2 different exercises. I thought it was a misprint the first time I did these 2 challenges. If you can, watch the videos.0 -
