Just started a week ago!! Excited!

I started a week ago and lost 3 lbs already. Make sure you drink a lot of water, diet drinks, unsweet tea. And, I started exercising on my bicycle again. I have a lot to lose, I hope I can keep it up.

    I just started last Thursday and am excited as well. I do not have a lot to lose but it's those last 10 that seem to be the hardest to get off! My body is happy where it is but I'M NOT! Good luck to you and congrats on the 3 lbs!!!
