Hello! I'm Ashley. I'm not new to MFP but I have been MIA for a while. My work schedule is just so crazy (I'm a nurse) it's really hard for me to be consistent with anything. Anyway, I'm looking for an accountability partner, male or female. I want someone that I can check in with daily, exchange daily progress pictures, pictures of what we're eating, and what we're doing to workout. It doesn't have to be super time consuming, just a daily check in type of thing and maybe some encouragement.
A little about me, I'm 35 married with 3 teenagers. I don't have much weight to lose but I'm wanting to gain strength and lean muscle. I work 3-4 13 hour shifts every week (day shift), and my schedule varies weekly. I will still check in on work days, but my "workouts" on those days will only include my job because that's a workout all by itself. But on my off days, I'll be using my Tonal.
If you're interested and can commit to something like I've mentioned above, please send me a message with a little about you. I am only looking for 1 person though, because I honestly don't have time to keep up with multiple people. I'll pick whoever I seem to connect the best with. Bonus points to anyone who has a Tonal. ☺️
