Workout schedule

Hello everyone, I've recently increased my workout days from 4 to 5. My current split is as follows

Mon: Chest & triceps
Tues: Back & Biceps
Wed: Legs
Thurs: rest
Fri: upper body
Sat: lower body
Sun: rest


I'm not too sure however regarding my Fri and Saturday. Anything recommendations on what I can hit on these days?

    If you're doing deadlift, maybe you want to move back day to Monday and do it then, so your legs have recovery time before Wednesday.

    Have a watch of this. Very informative. As Dr. Mike says with the split, you don't have to do the same exercises in each workout, and you don't want to waste your time on setup for more exercises that basically do the same thing.

    I am not currently dradlifting. Was never able to nail down the correct form, and was lifting incorrectly.
